Britain Commits to Carbon Capture

All new fossil fuel plants in Britain will be required to practice carbon capture to reduce pollution. Unfortunately the government has backed coal as a source to keep the lights on, but they are committing to a lower impact fossil fuel plant which is a step in the right direction.
